This ROI tool was designed to give you an extremely conservative estimate of your expected return on investment. No one wants an ROI tool that always shows positive results, and no one trusts an ROI tool that includes too many soft costs. According to most analysis, the average cost to process an invoice is between $10-17 without Automation, you'll see that our estimate is often times well below that. 

What is it based on?

  • Our capture process will not require human intervention on your end; simply review and approve (yes, our OCR is that good)
  • Approving invoices will take about 1/3 of the time for people who do the approving
  • Many AP tasks like manually routing, data entry, following up with people etc will no longer be necessary at all 

What this does not include:

  • The possibility of capturing additional invoice discounts (although this is certainly possible)
  • Your current 'hard' shipping costs of sending invoices around
